Friends Scheme :
The Orchestra runs a ‘Friends’ Scheme, whereby friends of the orchestra can enrol for a complete season purchasing reserved seats in advance at greatly reduced prices (approximately 15%).

To encourage new members we are offering again this year for ‘First Time Subscribers’, season tickets at half the listed price. This scheme covers attendances for the three major symphonic concerts and with such substantial savings even if a member is unable to attend one out of the three concerts they can still be saving financially.

Friends are on occasions invited to attend workshop/rehearsals, where they can see the orchestra being put through its paces in advance of a public performance, and opportunities sometimes arise to join in at social functions. The advantage to the ‘Friend’ is obvious, to the orchestra it provides income up front, thereby allowing us to plan in advance much better and continue to strive for the best possible concerts for both the public and the orchestra to enjoy.
